I was asked by Médor Magazine to document the Heizel plateau in Brussels. Conceived in the 1920s and extended for the Universal Exhibition, the Heysel Exhibition Centre is one of Belgium's jewels. Managed for almost a hundred years by a non-profit organisation, Brussels Expo, they are now in a pitty state. What is the mission of this municipal association, which is close to political power? How transparently is our shared heritage managed? Médor traces the history of this local organisation.
